The polarized electron source is highly reliable, remotely operated and monitored, and able to produce a variety of electron bunch profiles for high-energy physics experiments. He is also Deputy Head of the High-Energy Physics Department at the Institute. His interests are polarized gas targets, cryogenic targets, ions, and atomic beams.
